excellent product and customer service
I had an OBD reader already, but I needed a different one to change the customer convenience settings on my Toyota Camry. I live in California, I wanted to be able to roll down my windows from the key fob. This setting is easily set using the Carista OBD and app. Many dealerships want $150 to change this setting; this was easier and less expensive. The app was easy to navigate. Customer service was 5 stars!

Perfect functionality
I’ve had the device for about 4 years. It checks for fault codes even on car brands that it says are not supported. Yes, the price is high for people who only use it once a year. However, I still recommend it for people who will use it often.
